The Process

Designed with gamers as the primary audience, this project aims to bridge the gap between functionality and aesthetics in PC customization. The goal was to create a platform that not only offers a wide selection of components but also delivers a smooth, visually engaging user experience.

As an e-commerce site with a lot of content, this required thoughtful planning and structure. I created detailed sitemaps and wireframes to keep the experience clear and intuitive. Giving most users would be on desktop, I designed with a progressive degradation approach, ensuring the product remained responsive while catering to the desktop site.

The branding for this project draws inspiration from modern tech aesthetics, using a palette of dark to light blues paired with bright accent highlights to create depth and contrast. Consistent use of color, typography, and iconography helped reinforce the brand’s identity.

I also created a complete custom icon set for each component, along with graphics for the hero and build CTA section.
